A hot balloon carrying 11 people crashed into a lake in the town of Almere, 21 miles from Amsterdam on Tuesday. Amateur footage shows how the basket of the balloon hit the water and floated towards the shore and the balloon eventually billows out onto a road in an oncoming traffic. The coast guard sent two life boats to Almere but did not have to assist anyone as people were able to make their own way out of the water. two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
