This terrific incident is believed to have been filmed in Shifang, Southwest China's Sichuan Province where a river swell over and caused flooding over the weekend. The footage shows a lonely man standing on a balcony of a three-story-building which ended up in the middle of the roaring river.
In the below video, he can be seen in an attempt to walk the steps and communicate with the people ashore, but it took mere seconds before the river overpowered the structure and the house collapsed under his feet and both the man and the building were swallowed up by the water.
