A former Super Eagles player, Pius Oleh, was found dead in his car garage on Sunday 21 July, 2013 in Michigan, USA.
A close friend of the former footballer said he suspects Pius might have inhaled excessive carbon monoxide, which might have led to his death.
Until his death, he worked with IT dept of Ford Motor company in Detroit, Michigan.
According to the coordinator of the Association of Nigerian ex-internationals in the Diasposa (ANED), Pual Okoku, a former Flying Eagles teammate, Alphonsus Akhahon, who resides in Michigan and a close friend of the deceased confirmed Oleh’s demise, saying he was found dead at his home car garage. Oleh was an ex super eagle player and a graduate of Alabama A&M University. May his soul rest in peace!
